The website at www.Sova.com.au (“Website”) is operated by Sova. The terms “you” or “your” refers to any user of our Website or our Services and includes where the context permits a Host or Guest. Background We provide various value-added Services to Hosts and Guests who have arranged the short-term use of residential and other property. Our Services are provided through Third-Party booking agents and hosting platforms (such as Airbnb, Booking.com, HomeAway, etc.) on behalf of the Host, and/or through Sova’s hosting platform on behalf of the Host. From time to time, we also provide specific services to Guests independently. Our Services include providing marketing and rental management of properties on behalf of owners or authorised tenants of properties. In doing so we are able to provide concierge services and advice to guests or travellers staying with Guests at these properties, which may include introducing a Guest to a Third-Party vendor of products or services. We also provide a platform where Guests can connect with Hosts to book the short-term use of residential and other property (with such listings set out directly on Sova’s platform). Should you not agree with any of these terms and conditions, please do not use our Website or our Services. We may immediately terminate these Terms of Use or any Services with respect to you, or generally cease offering or deny access to the Services or any portion thereof, at any time for any reason.
Subject to availability. By taking this reservation, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions; BOOKING ● Reservations are subject to availability and actual pricing at the time of booking ● All quotes are valid for 24hrs only. Any verbal quote given is an estimate only of price, which will be subject to written advice on confirmation of reservation. ● All accommodation bookings must be guaranteed at the time of reservation by provision of Valid Credit Card details ● By providing valid credit card details, you warrant that you have the authority to use the credit card and you authorise The Tamworth Hotel to charge the cost of your booking to the credit card in the case of cancellation or no-show penalties as detailed below. ● Payment in full at time of booking ● All reservations will be confirmed by email REFUNDS ● Refund policies are handled specifically by the booking platform the guest has booked through CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT ● Standard check- in time is 3:00pm. The name of the booking (or nominee) must be the person checking in. ● Standard check- out time by 10.00am. ● Late check out after 10.00am will incur an additional fee charged by the cleaning company ● Late check out after 11.00am will incur the full rate of one (1) nights’ accommodation and an additional fee charged by the cleaning company. OTHER ● Additional persons (including infants) will incur an additional charge GENERAL TERMS ● Damage, breakages, theft, and losses are the tenants’ responsibility during their stay ● Additional cleaning fees may apply as required ● The consumption of drugs or alcohol in rooms is strictly prohibited and may result in termination of booking, dismissal of guest without a refund and legal prosecution ● Pets are not allowed in the Hotel ● For the enjoyment of all guests, noise restrictions apply after 9pm. Excessive noise is not tolerated and will occur in additional fines. ● The number of guests must not exceed the number stated on the booking confirmation notice or subsequently agreed in writing or email ● Lost or stolen keys will incur a $100 fee. Attempts will be made to contact the guest who will be given the opportunity to return keys taken. Failure to do so will result in the fee being charged to their credit card. ● Room degradation (such as vomit, bodily wastes) a $200 cleaning fee will be charged, plus any professional floor cleaning charges at cost, plus a daily room tariff equal to the daily tariff that we would charge if the room was available to be let or any other rate that may be agreed to by the management, in accordance with business demand on the day, until the said room has been returned to its saleable condition ● The breach of any of the above conditions may result in immediate termination of rental and charges ● Any damages to towels or linen including stains will result in a $110 fee. PARTY POLICY ● Zero tolerance party policy. ● In the interest of quiet enjoyment and respect for all guests at the Hotel, a no party policy applies to all guests staying at the property. ● Guests are expected to be respectful of other guests at all times, and to be quiet between 9pm-7am. ● No group congregations in individual guest rooms is permitted or tolerated. Immediate eviction with no refund applies to any breaches of this policy. FIRE ● NO CANDLES OR OPEN FLAMES PERMITTED. ● Should the Fire Alarm be activated, the cost of Emergency Services attending, will be charged to the guest OTHER GENERAL TERMS ● Sova is not liable for any injuries that may occur to a guest. This includes injuries that may occur from the building facilities such as the pool and the gym. ● If the fridge/ fridges are damaged in anyway then Sova have the right to charge the guest up to $200 to fix any damages that occurred. ● Photos will be taken of every item within the property before and after every stay. Any items that incur damage will be replaced or fixed at the expense of the guest. ● If any furniture is damaged, Sova has all rights to charge the guests the amount that it costs to fix or replace the furniture. ● If any damage is incurred on the Tv, guests must pay the expense to either have it replaced or fixed. This cost can be as high as $200 to fix. ● If any damage occurs to the beds (i.e. the mattress, bed frame or bed head, this will cost the guest up to $150 depending on the severity of the damage to fix. ● If a guest loses or damages the keys to the property (to the state that they don’t function), the guest must pay a fee of $120.
