Terms and conditions > While children of all ages are welcome, there must be a minimum of 1 adult staying in each unit > Pets are not allowed > Please advise us in advance of your expected arrival time, especially if you will be arriving outside of office hours. Our office hours are: Monday - Saturday: 8:00am to 4:00pm Sunday: 9:00am to 12:00 noon Cancellation: Our cancellation policy depends on the date of your stay, as follows: 2022/23 (EXCEPT EASTER & JUNE TO SEPTEMBER, CHRISTMAS - SEE BELOW) Free cancellation up to 1 day prior to arrival. For late cancellation within 1 day of arrival, the total price of the accommodation will be charged. JUNE TO SEPTEMBER / XMAS (16 DEC - 7 JAN) / EASTER (06 - 09 APRIL 2023): Free cancellation up to 7 days prior to arrival. For late cancellation within 7 days of arrival, the first night of the accommodation will be charged. Deposit:Our deposit policy depends on the date of your stay, as follows: 2022/23 (EXCEPT EASTER & JUNE TO SEPTEMBER, CHRISTMAS - SEE BELOW) No deposit required. JUNE TO SEPTEMBER / XMAS (16 DEC - 7 JAN ) / EASTER (06 - 09 APRIL 2023) A deposit equivalent to the first night's accommodation will be charged at the time of booking.
