DEPOSIT AND CANCELLATION POLICY Low Season: No deposit is required at the time of booking. All payments will be taken 7 days prior to arrival from your nominated credit card unless prior arrangements have been made. If cancelled within 7 days of arrival or in the case of a no-show, the booking is non-refundable. Peak Periods (School Holidays / Easter and Special Events) – No deposit is required at the time of booking. The total price of the reservation with be taken 30 days prior to arrival from your nominated credit card unless prior arrangements have been made. If cancelled within 30 days of arrival or in the case of a no-show, the booking is non-refundable. **PLEASE NOTE: If any of your travel dates cross over into peak season, the Peak Season deposit and cancellation policy will apply. NO SHOW – If you do not show up for your booking and have not contact us, the total amount is non-refundable. PAYMENT PLANS – To help you budget, we do offer payment plans so please ask us for our bank details. We will accept regular smaller payments in order to reduce the lump sum payment prior to arrival. Please check that all of your reservation information is correct and advise us as soon as possible if any amendments need to be made to avoid fees. Please make sure that any special bedding arrangements are given to us before you arrive, and just so you know. Specific room number requests will be subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. Extra cot hire = $50 for the entire stay. For cot + highchair hire = $70 for the entire stay. Due to Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S) regulations, parents are required to bring their own bedding for cribs, as it is not provided. Hot Tub in the penthouse is subject to a $100 at the property if used. Upon check-in, a credit card is mandatory to place a $200 pre-authorisation security hold. This amount is held temporarily, and it will be released by your financial institution after your checkout. The hold will only be retained if there are any damage or repairs required upon your exit. We expect that you and any other occupants of the unit will strictly adhere to the "no party or excessive noise policy". Any breach of this policy may result in immediate eviction without a refund.
