Credit Card: By signing this registration card, I understand that this authorisation may be used to cover additional accommodation, bond payment as per our NO PARTY POLICY and any incidentals that may occur during my stay at the property managed by C Bargara Resort or Bargara Holiday Rentals and cleaning charges that may occur if I leave the unit / house in an unacceptable condition. For any Loss or Damage to property, keys & locks. NO SMOKING PERMITTED ON THE PROPERTY Conditions of Stay: This establishment shall not be liable to any guest for any loss, damage or destruction to any property brought upon these premises by the said guests or invitees. Without limiting the forgoing, personal property shall include money, jewellery and other personal effects, and motor vehicles parked on the premises. Every person signing this document and/or actually occupying accommodation or utilising other services shall be personally responsible for all charges in addition to the customers above-named including all replacements and necessary costs for any damage or loss to the Unit. It is a condition of your occupancy that the owners of the premises are not liable for the damage to or the loss of property which the occupier or his/her guests may bring onto the premises. No animals or pets are to be brought into the property. The Unit must not be used for any unlawful purpose. Management reserves the right to evict guests for failure to comply with the conditions of stay, in particular the NO PARTY POLICY. Video footage may be taken if Management is required to enter the Unit and may be kept as evidence & security purposes. No refund is available after check in, or in the event of early departure.
