To confirm your booking, a deposit equivalent to 1 nights accommodation is required, with full payment to be received from 14 days before arrival. No pets allowed. Only the number of persons booked may stay in the apartment overnight. Office is open 8.30am-5.00pm Mon-Fri 8.30am-3.00pm Sat-Sun Public Holidays & Tropic Summer may vary IMPORTANT: If you are arriving outside of office hours, there will be an envelope on the door of the reception office with your name on it. Inside will be all the information you require to reach your room safely, including the pin for your key which will be in our Room Key Safe opposite reception.
