We have some of the best Sunshine Coast accommodation facilities in and around our apartment building. For those guest who enjoy the pool we have a large outdoor heated swimming pool with plenty of sun lounges around the pool to enjoy the sunshine. Two barbecues, one by the pool and the other on the roof-top with sensational viewing over the coast. For some indoor “Family Fun” we have a games room with pool table, air hockey, pinball machine and car racing machine. There’s also a spacious sauna large enough for the whole family to enjoy or grab it alone for some “Me Time”.

Please note this is not a 24hr facility. Reception hours are 9 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday and 9 am to 12 noon on Saturdays. We are closed on Sundays and public holidays. As such please ensure you make arrangements with management within the office hours for your key collection if you plan to arrive outside the office hours. Check-In: Monday to Friday at 2.00pm Check-In: Saturday at 12.00 pm Check Out: 10.00am CANCELLATION/AMENDMENT & PAYMENT POLICY GENERAL Bookings may be cancelled or modified up to 7 days before arrival date free of charge. Payment for Accommodation will be charged on the 7th day Prior to Arrival. If cancelled or modified after this, 100 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged. In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. For bookings made within 7 days of arrival the full tariff will be charged on booking. PEAK PERIODS * 15th December 2023 to 14th January 2024 * 28th March to 2nd April 2024 * 20th December 2024 to 20th January 2025 If cancelled or modified up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. Payment for Accommodation will be charged on the 14th day Prior to Arrival. If cancelled or modified later, 100 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged. In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. For bookings made within 14 days of arrival the full tariff will be charged on booking. Travel Insurance We highly recommend you have an appropriate level of travel insurance. Unless otherwise advised by you, in writing immediately, acceptance and agreement to this Cancellation Policy is assumed.
