Tariffs • Tariffs are subject to change at any time and without prior notice. • The tariff is only considered confirmed once a deposit has been paid by the guest. Once the deposit is paid, the tariff at the time of payment will be honoured for that booking, regardless of any changes to the tariff. • Our tariffs are based on four people in a two bedroom apartment, and six people in a three bedroom apartment. Additional people will be charged an extra levy. Deposits • A deposit of $200 per booked week (off peak) and $500 per booked week (other times) is required within 7 days of the booking to secure the booking Payment Terms Payment Methods and Surcharges: • Payments made via EFTPOS, credit card, or debit card will incur a surcharge of 1.4%. Direct Bank Deposit: • Payments made via direct bank deposit will incur no surcharge. • Payments by direct bank deposit must be received prior to the arrival date. Please contact us for bank account details. Cancellation Policy • Cancellations made up to 14 days prior to arrival are free (excluding peak periods). If you cancel your reservation within 14 days of arrival, this will result in a forfeit of the deposit. • Cancellations of bookings over peak periods made up to 30 days prior to arrival are fee. If you cancel your reservation within 30 days of arrival over a peak period, this will result in a forfeit of the deposit. • In case of extenuating circumstances, guest may contact us to discuss potential exceptions, which will be considered on a case-by- case basis. • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of booking. Arrival/Departure • Check-In time – 2.00pm • Check-out time – 10.00am* *Note – there is no refund for early departure. Liability The person signing this document and/or whoever occupies the accommodation and utilizes the services shall be personally responsible for the complete payment of all charges with respect to this accommodation. By signing this document, the signee agrees to settle all accounts, pay for damages, breakages or loss of property from the apartment. General • These premises are non-smoking/vaping. • Every effort is made to place guests in requested apartments. However, alternative apartments will be allocated due to any circumstance beyond our control. • In consideration of all guests’ rights to peaceful enjoyment of our resort, gatherings of large groups in apartments or on terraces, are not permitted. • We request that all unregistered guests vacate the property
