We have ample safe parking and Kaikoura is perfect to explore on foot. We are within 5 minutes’ walking distance of the town centre and the information centre. Kaikoura Whale Watch and the Dolphin and Albatross Encounter are just a 10 minutes’ walk away. Our Kaikoura motel is also close to the town centre, hospital, Takahanga Marae, racecourse and local churches. EV CHARGER: We have an on site EV charger with a Type 2 plug, due to availability pre booking is advised, a charge of $10.00 per charge(Overnight) does apply and is payable at check in. RECEPTION HOURS: Please note: Check in is from 2.00pm on your day of arrival, reception may be unavailable before this time. Weekdays: 8.00am till 1130am 2.00pm till 8.00pm. Weekends and Public Holidays: 9.00am till 1130am 2.00pm till 8.00pm Please contact us on the day of arrival if you will be arriving outside of these hours. Instructions for self-check in will be provided to you. CAR PARKING: Each room booking includes one parking space. Please contact us prior to arrival if you require parking for more than one vehicle. Unfortunately additional car parks cannot be guaranteed. CREDIT CARD: A valid credit card is required to secure your booking. For bookings made using a debit card, payment for one night of accommodation is required before your arrival. We reserve the rights to cancel your booking if payment is not received. Upon check in, a valid credit card must be presented. Alternatively, a $100 refundable bond is required. Credit card surcharges may be included: Visa / Master card: 1.5%. BREAKFAST OPTION: Continental breakfast is available for NZ$17.00 each, delivered to your room.
