If your booking is Non-Refundable, your credit card will be charged at any time after your booking is confirmed. Credit Card Surcharges: Visa and Mastercard payments are subject to a 2.9% surcharge, while American Express payments incur a 3.55% surcharge. Office Hours: Our office operates daily from 8am to 8pm. Check-in is between 2pm and 8pm. For arrivals after 8pm, kindly contact Bella Vista Oamaru in advance to arrange a late check-in which will be free of charge, or a late check in call out fee of $35 per room may apply. Payment Policy: Unless otherwise arranged, full payment is processed 48 hours prior to check-in with our Flexi rate. Non refundable rates are can be charged at any time after you have confirmed your booking. We also request a quiet time between 10pm & 7am out of respect for other staying guests. • Cooking: When using our cooking facilities, please ensure proper ventilation to prevent lingering odors. Additional cleaning fees may apply if cooking odors are detected upon departure.
