We are easy to find on Robins Road being one of the closest motels to central Queenstown. Only 5 minutes’ walk from the lakefront and Skyline Gondola which takes you to the top of Bobs Peak, giving you spectacular views over the city. We have plenty of parking, so you can leave your car and avoid parking issues or explore on foot. Our Queenstown motel accommodation includes a variety of studios plus one, two and three bedroom interconnecting units which means we can offer accommodation suitable for couples, families or smaller groups. Room Rates: We adopt Dynamic Pricing. If you change the reservation date, a different rate will apply to the new stay dates. Additionally, the accommodation fee may vary depending on the number of guests. A valid credit card: It's our policy to have valid credit card details with a booking to hold the booking and accommodate our guests regardless of the payment method. The supplied credit card may be charged for cancellation fees and no-shows, damage caused by the stay, unreasonable oversized rubbish and other misconducts (e.g. smoking, defecation outside of the toilet, unauthorised removal of motel's properties, liability to other guests, etc.). Payment Policies: No payment is required at the time of booking, although a credit card is required to secure your reservation. Payment may be taken at any time after booking if it applies to a non-changeable or non-refundable booking. Otherwise, payments will be taken after the cancellation policy falls in BEFORE you arrive at the motel using the credit card supplied along with any related credit card surcharges. Should you wish to pay differently, you are required to contact the motel when the booking was made. The other method may not be available for last-minute booking. Credit Card Surcharge: A surcharge of 2.5% applies to all Visa and MasterCard payments, including debit cards. The surcharge for Amex & JCB transactions is 3.0%. Alternatively, you may wish to pay by EFTPOS or direct credit into our bank account which will not incur a surcharge. To arrange such an alternative method of payment, you MUST contact the motel at the time of booking and it may not be available for last-minute booking. If the card on file declines, we will give you a grace period of 24 hours to supply new information. If we haven't heard from you within 24 hours, your reservation may be cancelled. Important Information: Guests arriving after hours (normal reception hours finish at 5 pm and can be earlier on public holidays) are requested to contact us before arrival to arrange an after-hours check-in. Online check-in will be required for after-hours check-in. We strongly advise guests to purchase travel insurance to cover any unforeseen travel plan changes. The credit card provided at reservation plus any related credit card surcharges will be processed if you arrive late/ after the office has closed. If you wish to settle your account via a different payment method, please contact the motel immediately. Cancellation Policy: Cancellation policy terms can vary depending on the promotion employed and the time of stay of the booking. Please refer to the Booking Details of the booking for the cancellation policy. The cancellation policy is 24 hours (free of charge to cancel until 3 pm one day before the arrival date) except for the special seasons mentioned below. The cancellation policy of group reservations will be different and the standard terms are between 14 days and 30 days. Please refer to the booking correspondence with the motel that supersedes all other cancellation policies. Cancellations or changes to a confirmed reservation within the cancellation policy period of the booking and no-show will be charged for the full amount. In the event of a no-show, the reservation will be immediately cancelled and charged in full.
