PAYMENT POLICY: No payment is required at the time of booking (unless stated otherwise). 1st night's accommodation is required for booking using a debit card. Upon check in, a valid credit card must be presented. Alternatively, a $100 refundable bond is required. If your booking is Non-Refundable/Non-Changeable, your credit card will be charged at any time after your booking is confirmed. Credit card fees are applicable as follows: Visa & Mastercard 1.5% and AMEX 3%. CANCELLATION POLICY: If your plans change for some reason, we do understand, and ask that you let us know as soon as possible. Failure to advise us may incur a charge. We require at least 24 hours notice of cancellation or a charge of one nights accommodation may be made if your room cannot be re-let. Not showing up at all may incur a charge of one nights accommodation. Any change to a confirmed reservation, on or within 24 hours of your arrival may incur a charge. Cancellations or changes are not permitted for Non-changeable/Non-Refundable bookings. When booking more than 3 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply. CHILD POLICY: Children under age of 5 years or less are free if extra bedding is not required. Any child requiring extra bedding will be charged at the extra person rate.
