We have ample safe parking so you can leave your car and explore on foot. Te Anau, the gateway to Fiordland, is a great location to base yourself for easy access to some of New Zealand's most famous walks in the Fiordland National Park. It is also the perfect place to start a visit to Milford Sound or Doubtful Sound. There is a wide range of other activities from jet boating the Waiau River to scenic flights available and can all be booked at our Te Anau motel. PAYMENT POLICY We require a valid credit card to secure your booking. Your nominated credit card may be processed for payment within 14days of your arrival date. If your booking is Non-Refundable/Non-Changeable, your credit card will be charged at any time after your booking is confirmed. We reserve the rights to cancel your booking if payment is not received. CREDIT CARD SURCHARGE Please note that there is a 2.9% charge when you pay with American Express/Visa/Mastercard. CANCELLATION POLICY Cancellation policies may vary between rate options. CHILD POLICY Children playground onsite, Children under the age of 2 years stay free if extra bedding is not required. Any child requiring extra bedding will be charged at the extra person rate. Baby cots/cribs and high chairs are usually available on request. An extra charge may apply. SMOKING POLICY Smoking is NOT permitted in all units. If smoke is detected inside a unit there will be a charge to restore the unit to its non smoking status, and any loss of business. CHECK-IN POLICY Office hours are 8am to 7pm daily. Check in time is from 2pm to 7pm. Guests planning to arrive later than 7pm must contact Bella Vista Te Anau office *PRIOR* to 7pm to arrange a late check in. Reduced office hours may apply during the weekend or public holidays.
