Terms and Conditions By making a booking with Younique Stays, you agree to these terms and conditions. We don’t require a deposit for your booking to be secured, however we do require your credit card details to be provided at time of booking. Your card will be charged up to seven days prior to arrival, the full amount of the booking cost. We have a flexible cancellation policy – your booking is able to be cancelled three days before check in without penalty. If you cancel within the day of arrival, your card will be charged the cost of the first night. Rules applicable to your property such as check in and check out times, pets permitted and house rules are all advertised on the advertisement, you are to take note and by booking the property you accept these terms. Under no circumstances do we take responsibility for your personal property whilst on our property.
