PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY All accommodation must be paid in full before arriving at Boulevard North in line with the below. Payment will be taken from the card that you have provided the details for. No deposits are taken, however, please familiarize yourself with our payment policy: A $300 pre authorisation amount is required to be held on the guests credit card at time of arrival. The pre authorisation will be released at check out after the apartment has been checked and cleaned as long as there are no deductions required such as extra cleaning, theft or damages. Any charges made against the pre-authorisation amount will incur a 3% surcharge PEAK SEASON: DECEMBER, JANUARY, EASTER MONTH AND ALL SCHOOL HOLIDAYS must be fully paid 30 days prior to check in date. Once payment has been taken, no cancellations or date modification are accepted and a no refund policy applies. LOW SEASON: must be paid in full 7 days prior to check in date. Once payment has been taken, no cancellations and date modification are accepted and a no refund policy applies. Please note all bank charges are shown as TUG Australia (Pty) Limited. All transactions made on a credit or debit card will incur a 3% merchant transaction fee. All changes and cancellations will only be actioned if received in writing, via e-mail, sent to mail@boulevardnorth.com.au. A particular apartment cannot be guaranteed, however we endeavour to meet requests. Not all apartments have air conditioning. A booking may be changed at any time subject to availability. Any extra charges incurred during your stay (including any excess cleaning fees) will be charged to your credit card with a 3% surcharge IF YOU DO NOT CANCEL YOUR BOOKING IN WRITING AND FAIL TO ARRIVE THEN THE FULL AMOUNT FOR THE ACCOMMODATION WILL BE TAKEN ON THE CREDIT CARD YOU SUPPLIED AT THE TIME OF MAKING THE BOOKING.
