Thank you for booking with Byron Baythers. Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit has been successfully processed. A confirmation PDF receipt will be emailed to you when this is complete. This will indicate the booking is confirmed. We require you to pay a 50% deposit at the time of booking and the balance of the accommodation is to be settled on arrival. credit card fees apply to guests. additional 1.6% Visa and Mastercard 2.4% Amex. 7 days' notice is required for deposit refunds on bookings except for ( School holiday dates December through to end of January and Easter Period where 30 days cancellation notice is required for refunds of deposit. In the effort to keep all Staff and Guests safe, we encourage our Guests to advise staff if you have been in contact with anyone with Covid-19 or if you have tested positive during your stay. Additional cleans are required in apartments where Covid traces may be present and may incur an additional charge.
