Please read these conditions carefully. By making a booking each person acknowledges and agrees that these conditions apply and extend to any person (also referred to as "Guest") occupying or visiting the apartment or complex and/or using the facilities in the complex at the invitation of or with the authority of the Guest. Booking Conditions: 1. Please note we do not process accomodation balances until 48 hours before your arrival, unless your booking falls into peak periods such as School Holidays/Christmas/NY or major events. Bookings that fall into these categories we will process a 50% deposit 14 days prior to arrival; 2. For Christmas and NY bookings we may take a pre-authorisation or cash bond; 3. Free cancellation 48 hours prior to arrival unless in the peak periods mentioned above whereby a 50% cancellation fee will apply if you cancel within 14 days of your check in date; 4. We do not accept group bookings unless previously authorised directly with the hotel. 5. Check-in time is from 2:30pm and check-out is by 10:30am. Early check-ins or late check-outs are subject to availability and must be be organised beforehand with reception; 6. Damage & Liability: Guests are responsible for any damages caused to the hotel property during their stay. The hotel reserves the right to charge for repairs or replacements of damaged items; 7. Quiet hours are from 8pm to 8am to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests. Excessive noise or disturbance may result in eviction without refund; 8. A security call out fee for lock outs and/or disturbances will incur a fee; 9. By booking an apartment at our hotel, guests agree to abide by all hotel policies and regulations. The Fun Stuff: 1. You agree to do your best to slow down, relax and enjoy the incredible beauty of Byron Bay; 2. You absolve Management and staff from any damages/responsibility that may be caused due to the “Guest” over consumption at the many ridiculously tempting cafe and restaurants located close by; 3. Management and staff congratulate you for having found the cheapest place to book accommodation with Byron Central Apartments we know it’s not easy, well done! 4. You can rest assured that by booking direct you have also helped the staff and their families to make ends meet and not lined the pockets of some mega overseas company.
