Most Premium First floor and Top floor apartments have Ocean Views. Top floor apartments have private rooftop terraces, great for relaxing and watching the ocean. The deluxe courtyard apartment has its own private plunge pool, great for the romantic getaway, or to keep an eye on the kids while you relax in the apartment. The complex boasts a large Heated Swimming Pool as well as a Hot Spa. Electric barbeques provided under an all weather pergola which is set in tropical gardens. A deposit of $200 is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is to be paid on or before Arrival. Free cancellation is allowed up to 7 days before arrival - Deposit paid will be refunded. If cancelling within 7 days of arrival - $200.00 will be charged. In case of no-show or late cancellation (under 24 hours), the total amount of the booking will be charged.
