Cancellation Fee: Cancellation fees ranging from one night's accommodation to the total booking value may apply if you have changed your mind. Check-in: We operate a Virtual Reception and all arrivals will be processed via our on-line check in procedures. You should contact us directly if you have any questions about this. Refunds: We will charge an administration fee of up to $30 to process refund requests. Liability: Your credit card may be charged a reasonable amount for non-return of keys and loan equipment, for items missing from the accommodation or damage to the accommodation or common property caused by you (or those staying with you). Eligibility to Book: While children are welcome at Cashelmara we do not accept bookings from persons under the age of 18. All guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult such as a parent or guardian. We reserve the right to cancel any booking where this condition is not met. Your Privacy: You acknowledge that we may collect your personal information to provide services to you and that we may not be able to provide services to you if we do not collect this information. You consent to receiving emails from us after your stay. Securing your Booking: So that we can secure your booking when it is made, you must pay the full amount or a deposit equal to the first night's accommodation. Bookings will not be guaranteed without a deposit or payment in full. If you pay a deposit, the balance of your booking must be paid by the final payment date below: • High and Mid Season: Final payment due 30 days prior to arrival • Low Season: Final payment due 7 days prior to arrival. In some cases we will accept payment on arrival. • Security Bond: On the day before your arrival or on your arrival we will ask you to provide your credit card details so that we can process a $250 pre-authorisation on the card as a security bond. In some cases we can take a cash bond. • Cancellation and refunds: We understand that sometimes plans change. If you change your mind about your booking, you may cancel it at any time prior to your intended arrival. We may ask you to confirm your identity when making a cancellation request. If you cancel your booking within the cancellation period below, the following fees will be charged depending on the season: • High and Mid Season: Cancellations within 30 days of arrival will incur a cancellation fee equal to the total booking value. • Low Season: Cancellations within 7 days of arrival will incur a cancellation fee equal to the first night's accommodation. Some other things you should know if you choose to cancel your booking are: • Administration fee: Where a refund is due, an administration fee of up to $30 will be charged depending on our loss. This fee can be credited to a future booking if you return within 12 months of the initial cancellation. • Third Party Bookings: We are unable to process cancellations for bookings made via certain online travel agents (eg Expedia, Wotif, Booking.com etc). You will need to contact these parties directly with any cancellation requests. • Refunds: Will be processed to the same payment method which was used to pay for the booking and the following conditions apply. Refunds less than $1,000 will be processed at the time of cancellation. Refunds of more than $1,000, you will be required to complete a refund request form which will be sent to you via email. Refunds can take up to 30 days to process. You will not receive a refund for any credit card surcharge incurred at the time of payment. • Credits: Instead of a refund you may choose to receive a credit for your cancelled booking. This will be the amount paid for the booking less any cancellation and administration fees. You can use the value of your credit for future bookings. The following conditions apply in relation to credits: o Credits can only be used towards the value of accommodation bookings; o Credits are not available for bookings made via online travel agents eg Expedia, Wotif and Booking.com Booking Changes If you wish to modify your reservation, please reach out to our helpful team on (07)5535 0311 before your arrival.
