Payment: The full accommodation amount will be charged at 14 days prior to arrival to secure your booking. By confirming your reservation, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Credit Card Details: A valid credit card will be required at check-in for security purposes only. The card will not be charged unless there are incidentals or damages incurred during your stay. In the absence of a credit card, a cash bond equivalent to a reasonable amount will be collected upon check-in and held for the duration of your stay. Cancellation Policy: This booking is refundable. In the event of cancellation, modification, or no-show, the guest will forfeit a $100 administration charge from their full payment. Date Changes: Guests are allowed to make date changes up to 7 days before arrival from the time of this notice to request date changes to their booking, subject to availability and any applicable rate differences. After this grace period, date changes will not be permitted. Travel Insurance: We highly recommend that all guests arrange comprehensive travel insurance to safeguard their trip against unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to medical emergencies, trip interruptions, and cancellations. Guest Details: It is the responsibility of the guest to ensure that all booking details, including personal information and dates, are accurate at the time of reservation. Any inaccuracies may lead to difficulties during check-in, and we shall not be held responsible for any inconvenience caused. Check-In and Check-Out: Standard check-in time is 2.00pm on the day of arrival, and check-out time is 10.00am on the departure date. Late check-out may be subject to additional charges. Guest Conduct: Guests are expected to adhere to the rules and regulations of the property during their stay. Any behavior that disturbs other guests or violates property policies may result in immediate eviction without a refund. Property Damage: Guests will be held responsible for any damage to the property, its facilities, or contents caused during their stay. The cost of repair or replacement will be charged to the guest's credit card or deducted from the cash bond, as applicable. Force Majeure: In the event that the property becomes unavailable or unusable due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, government actions, etc.), we shall not be held liable for any losses or expenses incurred by the guest. Right to Refuse: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel a booking at our discretion, in which case any payments received will be refunded. Privacy Policy: By providing your personal information for this booking, you consent to the collection, use, and storage of your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
