Chateau Royale Beach Resort - Terms & Conditions- you agree to the following terms and conditions: Credit Card on file may be used to cover additional accommodation, any incidentals that may occur during my stay and additional cleaning charges that may occur if you leave your apartment in an unacceptable condition. No refunds will be given for early departures. A minimum $200 charge will apply for any smoking within rooms and $150 per lost room key. All credit card charges will incur a 1.63% Surcharge. Conditions of Stay: Guests and invitees are expected to behave in a manner which is conducive to the safety, comfort and convenience of other guests and residents within the property. A breach of any Body Corporate/House Rules may result in the eviction of the offender/s at the discretion of the Manager. Smoking is strictly prohibited, and no animals or pets are to be brought onto the property. Early Departures/ Change of Dates No refunds will be given for early departures. The changing of dates can be altered subject to availability and at the discretion of Management. Any guest booking via a third-party online agent will not be permitted changes. Accommodation rates will also be adjusted accordingly. Damages to Apartments Guests are required to leave the apartments in a tidy manner or you may be charged for extra cleaning at the discretion of Management. Guests will be held liable for any damage to, or losses in the apartment. Requests/Unit Allocations Chateau Royale Beach Resort will endeavour to grant any requests made by the guest however these requests cannot always be guaranteed.
