Our Christchurch motel is a great place to stay with your family or group in our relaxed garden setting. We pride ourselves on clean, extremely private and fully contained rooms. Cranford Cottages and Motel is the sort of Christchurch motel accommodation that provides guests with a clean, spacious and affordable stay. Our cottages have their own personal garden area with a private 6ft veranda attached to every cottage.
Payment Payment Policy Confirmation Credit card detail is required at the time of confirming the Accommodation.Paying the outstanding balance with Mastercard or visa card will attract a 1.5% surcharge. If paying by cash a bond will be collected for the duration of your stay. Confirmed Numbers Guaranteed minimum numbers of people staying is required fourteen (14) days prior and final numbers are required two (2) working days prior to a arrival date for accommodation. Charges will be based on the number of people for accommodation or the guaranteed number, which ever is greater. Disruptive Guests Guests that are do not co-operate with management may be asked to leave at short notice if they are disruptive to other guests or management Price Variations All prices are current at the time of quotation, and every endeavor is made to maintain prices, but they are subject to alteration, particularly when bookings are made well in advance. Insurance Organisers are financially responsible for any damage/loss sustained to Complex Property by the client, any of the client guests, invitees or other persons. Whilst the Complex will take all the necessary care, it accepts no responsibility for damage or loss of property left in the Motel prior to, during or after your stay. You are also responsible for the room key. If you lose your key you then become responsible for any cost involved in replacing the lock and new key. Packages If you are sending any packages, parcels or equipment to the Motel prior to your arrival please notify us in advance. The Complex will not be responsible for packages, parcels or equipment that arrives without prior notification. All packages, parcels or equipment must be Payment Credit facilities may be available on the completion and approval of a credit application form. This form is to be completed and approved at least seven (7) days prior . UNAUTHORISED EXTRAS: Unless otherwise instructed in writing, the client will be liable for all charges for telephone calls or other services incurred by the client or his agents during the course of there stay. Rooms We reserve the right to reallocate rooms due to circumstances beyond our control. If final numbers increase or decrease significantly from those advised at the time of reservation, we may substitute a more appropriate room of our choice. We will discuss any changes with you when the decision is made. Responsibility Should we be unable to provide facilities reserved due to circumstances beyond our control, we will endeavor to provide you with reasonable notice. Health and Safety The client shall take all practicable steps to comply with the provisions of the Health and Safety in Employment Act 1992 and all other Health and Safety legislation which has or does come into force for any period of the contract. The client will ensure that all its guests or any other person shall comply with the requirements listed above. All prices listed included GST (Goods and Services Tax) Security and Liability Guests, once checked-in, become liable for the security of themselves, their possessions, their vehicles and the contents of the chalet. To prevent theft, please remember to lock it up! Cancellation Cancellation Policy Cancellation All cancellations must be in writing. Cancellations within 48 hours (2 days) of the booking may be subject to a cancellation fee. The cancellation fee will be at the Motel Management’s discretion. Smoking Policy All units are strictly “no smoking” and in fairness to future guests, if you need to smoke please do so outside the unit. There are ashtrays situated outside for your convenience. Excessive Cleaning Fee We reserve the right to charge up to $300 to restore the room to the same clean condition prior to use. This will be charged to the registered guest Check In 🐾 In-House Dog Policy 🐾 Welcome to our pet-friendly motel! To ensure a pleasant stay for all our guests, we kindly ask that you adhere to the following policy when bringing your dog: Leash Requirement: All dogs must be kept on a leash when outside your room or in any public areas of the motel. This helps ensure the safety and comfort of all our guests and their pets. No Unattended Pets: For the safety and well-being of your dog, please do not leave them unattended in your room. If you need to step out, we ask that you take your dog with you. Cleaning Up: Please be responsible for cleaning up after your dog. Waste disposal stations are available on the premises for your convenience. Keeping the property clean is a priority for everyone’s comfort. Control at All Times: Dogs must remain under the control of their owners at all times. This includes preventing excessive barking or any behavior that may disturb other guests. Charges for Damage: Any damage caused by your dog to the room, furniture, or property will result in additional charges. We ask that you take care to prevent any accidents or damage during your stay. Pet Surcharge: A one-time $15 surcharge will apply to cover additional cleaning and maintenance costs associated with your pet's stay. Providing some information is optional. If you choose not to enter the minimum information, we require in order to complete a booking, we’ll be unable to finalise your booking, therefore cannot offer accommodation. We keep your information safe by using Seekom Motel management system and only allowing access by management via secure login process. You have the right to ask for a copy of any personal information we hold about you, and to ask for it to be corrected if you think it is wrong.
