PLEASE NOTE: 1) American Express Cards will attract a 2.475% Surcharge. **Please Note that the Reception closes at 5pm Weekdays and 1pm Weekends and public holidays. If you are checking in outside these hours you need to contact office to arrange instructions on how to access your key. Once payment is received you will have access to collect your key from the electronic safe located at front of office. CANCELLATION/AMENDMENT & PAYMENT POLICY GENERAL Bookings may be cancelled or modified up to 14 days before arrival date free of charge. Payment for Accommodation will be charged on the 14th day Prior to Arrival. If cancelled or modified after this, 100 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged. In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. For bookings made within 14 days of arrival the full tariff will be charged on booking. If you must cancel within the 14 non-cancellation period, we may be able to open the apartment for re-sale. If we are able to re-sell the apartment, then we will refund you the entire amount of your reservation , less a $100 cancellation fee. If we get a booking that is less than the original amount, we may consider refunding the difference between the new booking and your booking, less any loss incurred by us, and less the cancellation fee of $100. There is no guarantee that we will be able to re-sell the apartment. MINIMUMAGE OF OCCUPANTS The minimum age to check in is 18. If you are under 18 then your parent /guardian or responsible adult must be present for your entire stay. e.g you cannot come with friends who are 18 and you are 16, as they are your peers and not a person legally responsible for your welfare. OCCUPANCY A 2 bedroom apartment sleeps 4 people(Max 5). A 3 bedroom apartment sleeps 6 people(Max 7). Children up to 6 may stay free when staying in existing bedding. An extra person is charged at $45 per night. SECURITY DEPOSIT A valid credit will be required at check in(not debit card). The person named on the card must be present at time of check-in. If you cannot provide a valid credit card at time of check-in, you must provide a cash bond of $500, or a pre-authorisation of $500. If you are using another persons card for payment or security, we will need written authorisation and ID prior to check -in. PEAK PERIODS Easter and Christmas from around the 20th of December to the 12th of January. The exact dates can be checked when booking, or you can call us and ask directly. If cancelled or modified up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. Payment for Accommodation will be charged on the 30th day Prior to Arrival. If cancelled or modified later, 100 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged. In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. For bookings made within 30 days of arrival the full tariff will be charged on booking. If the apartment is re-let for the cancelled period, then a refund may be given back to the guest. Travel Insurance We highly recommend you have an appropriate level of travel insurance. Unless otherwise advised by you, in writing immediately, acceptance and agreement to this Cancellation Policy is assumed. If cancelled 0 - 14 days before arrival, 100% of the deposit will be forfeited / If cancelled 14 or more days before arrival, a $0.00 cancellation fee will be charged If amended 0 - 14 days before arrival, 100% of the total amount will be forfeited *We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prejudice, and or notice.
