Terms & Conditions

If your booking is cancelled prior to the planned date of arrival, there will be an administration fee of $50.00. If the booking is cancelled less than 28 days prior to the arrival date there will be no refund unless the apartment is re-let for the total period of the original booking, or in the case of guests not arriving, the entire booking will be charged to the supplied credit card. There is no refund for early departure.
