Deposit Policy - 50% deposit required upon booking, balance tariff payable 7 days before date of stay, no midweek service for stays of less than 7 days. No Show Policy - Failure to arrive will be treated as a no show and full payment will be charged. Early departure - There is no refund for departing earlier than the booked dates. Cancellation Policy - Off Peak Season – Bookings cancelled prior to 7 days of arrival will be refunded less one nights accommodation. Bookings cancelled within 7 days or less are non-refundable. Peak Season – Bookings cancelled prior to 30 days of arrival will be refunded less one nights accommodation. Bookings cancelled within 29 days of arrival, 50% of the accommodation will be non-refundable and the whole booking amount non-refundable within 14 days of arrival.
