The Excellsior and Sailfish Cove Apartments
Situated on the water in the heart of Mooloolaba on the Sunshine Coast, The Excellsior offers one & two bedroom fully self-contained apartments all with balconies looking towards the waterways. Most rooms have had recent upgrades or renovations and all have modern tasteful furnishings and new beds. The Excellsior building has lift access to all levels. The 3 storey Sailfish Building (2 bedroom apartments) has stair access only. Free wifi is offered to the rooms. There is an outdoor heated pool and spa and BBQ area for guests enjoyment.

Pls call us if you will arrive later CONDITIONS OF BOOKING & OCCUPANCY Persons signing (“The guest”) agrees to these conditions and acknowledges that these conditions extend and apply to any person/s occupying or visiting the apartment or complex and or using the facilities at the invitation of or with the authority of the guest. 1. Tarriffs must be paid by cash or credit card before occupancy commences 2. A cash bond of $250 or valid credit card details (not Visa debit) maybe required at check-in ($2500 during Schoolies for Schoolies groups - special conditions apply) 3. Occupancy starts and finishes on the dates shown on the trust receipt. There is no entitlement to refund for early departure 4. Guests will be liable for payment of any charges incurred and for replacement or repair costs for any damage or loss to the apartment and its contents or any Body Corporate property 5. The apartment must not be used for any unlawful purpose 6. All guest names must be indicated on check-in. The number of guests may not exceed the number of beds provided 7. Any evidence of smoking or vaping will incur a fee equivalent to the cost of cleaning and tariff for the number of days we can’t rent the apartment afterwards 8. Guests are not permitted to have parties in the apartments or on common property (without prior consent from management) 9. Only the number of people shown on the receipt may stay in the apartment overnight 10. No animals are to be brought onto the complex by guests or their visitors 11. Neither the Body Corporate, The Manager or the apartment owner is liable for any damage or loss of property which a guest may sustain while on the complex 12. The by-laws, rules and regulations of the complex and any reasonable direction of the Manager must be complied with. Including but not limited to: a. All visitors must be announced to management and No visitors are permitted in the apartments after 9.00 pm b. No loud noise is permitted after 9.00 pm c. Nothing to be hung on balcony railing d. The apartment must be vacated if after receiving a warning any guest fails to comply 13. The Manager may inspect the apartment at any time with reasonable notice and at any time without notice if of the opinion that there has been a breach of the conditions 14. The Manager and the apartment owner are not responsible for any mis-description of the apartment or the policies of 3rd party booking agents 15. In the event of the guest cancelling the booking, a refund of the deposit (less admin fee) will be made if 5 days notice is given unless it is high season when 42 days notice is required 16. The guest authorises the Manager to charge the credit card supplied for any loss damage or monetary contribution for which the guest is liable under these conditions 17. If the occupancy ends or is terminated, the Guest must immediately vacate the apartment. The Manager is authorised to do whatever is required to enforce the eviction of any guest and removal of their property. There is no entitlement to refund 18. Persons under the age of 18 are not permitted to stay without a parent or guardian 19. Schoolies only groups not permitted without a parent or guardian and deposit of $2500 AFTER-HOURS CHECK-IN POLICY Payment in full must have been received. We require you to text (to +61408151365) or email (reception@excellsior.com.au) a copy of your valid ID and imprint of your credit card (Debit cards not accepted), or use the online check-in link that will be sent to you We will pre-authorise a $250 bond on your credit card. You will be sent a text message (or email) to let you know about key pick up. CANCELLATION/AMENDMENT & PAYMENT POLICY GENERAL *Bookings may be cancelled or modified up to 5 days before arrival date free of charge. *Payment for Accommodation will be charged on the 5th day Prior to Arrival. *If cancelled or modified after this, 100 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged. *In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. *For bookings made within 5 days of arrival the full tariff will be charged on booking. PEAK PERIODS * 15th December to 10th January *Payment for Accommodation will be charged by the 30th day Prior to Arrival. *If cancelled or modified up to 42 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. *If cancelled or modified later, 100 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged. *In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. *For bookings made within 45 days of arrival the full tariff will be charged on booking. *If the apartment is re-let for the cancelled period, then a refund may be made back to the guest. NON REFUNDABLE RATES *If a Non-Refundable or Prepayment Special is Booked the above policy's do not apply. The paid tariff is Non-Refundable and any Cancellations or Amendments will result in a full fee being charged. Travel Insurance We highly recommend you have an appropriate level of travel insurance. Unless otherwise advised by you, in writing immediately, acceptance and agreement to this Cancellation Policy is assumed. SHCOOLIES Our standard policy excludes groups of under 19 year olds without a parent or guardian on site. We may accept a group at our discretion under the following conditions: * Provision or mobile emails and ID from a parent of each guest * Written an assurance that no one else would be brought back to the property * A bond of $2500 which would be held on a credit card (debit cards not accepted)
