Our enviable position is the perfect location for your stay in Port Douglas. The apartments are quiet and private and enjoy sea breezes. A one minute walk takes you to the long stretch of sand at Four Mile Beach where you can enjoy stunning sunrises, a long stretch of beach perfect for walking and running, and warm water for year-round swimming. Guests staying at Garrick House enjoy a choice of spacious studio, one or two bedroom apartments. Apartments are surrounded by tropical gardens and all feature free Wi-Fi, air-conditioning, private balconies, kitchens and laundries.

Confirmed Bookings Policy: A booking is not confirmed unless: A valid credit card is provided to secure the booking. We have allocated a guest room/apartment and sent a Confirmation of Reservation. A 25% deposit of the total amount payable is payable 7 days prior to arrival. Balance of total amount payable is due on arrival. Cancellation Policy: Bookings cancelled more than 7 days prior to arrival will not be charged a cancellation fee. Bookings cancelled with 7 days or less notice, but at least 24 hours’ notice, will be charged a 25% cancellation fee. Bookings cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, on the day of arrival or in the case of a no show, will be charged the full amount of the booking. In rare cases, we may also have to cancel or reject a booking or make adjustments due to “obvious errors”, independent of the origin of such errors. For clarity, an obvious error is a mistake on our booking engine (e.g. in terms of price, conditions) which we do not consider to be normal. If your booking is affected by an obvious error, we will notify you by email at the address you provided when you made the booking and will adjust the booking as appropriate, which may include increasing the price or canceling the booking.
