Terms & Conditions

1. Payment for Accommodation: As per our policy, we will charge the card on file for the total cost of your accommodation at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled check-in time. Please ensure that the provided card has sufficient funds to cover the charges. Please note that we don't accept cash payments. 2. Damage Deposit: To uphold the high standards of our accommodations, we request a damage deposit of $100. This deposit will be secured via a card provided during the check-in process over the phone. It's crucial to understand that this deposit will only be charged in the event of any damages discovered following your check-out. Additionally, it's worth noting that if the nature of the damage exceeds the $100 deposit, additional charges may apply. 3. Check-in Procedure: Our reception desk is available from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM to personally hand you the keys to your unit. If your arrival falls within this time frame, we kindly request that you visit the reception desk to complete the check-in process. Please remember to bring the following items: * Valid identification (ID) matching the name of the primary guest on the reservation. * A photo of your credit or debit card used to pay for the accommodation should match the ID presented or sent to the motel ONLY EXPOSING the name and the last four numbers of your card. * If someone pays for your booking, we will need a photo ID of that person too. Our staff will verify the ID and photograph it for record-keeping purposes. This is a standard procedure designed to ensure the security and safety of all our guests. If you think you will arrive after 5pm, please send your photo ID and a photograph of the card that you used to pay for the accommodation exposing ONLY the NAME and the LAST FOUR DIGITS of the card to hello@gcinn.com.au 4. Self-Check-in Option: If your arrival time falls outside of the reception desk hours, we offer a convenient self-check-in option. Around 2:00 PM, we will send you detailed check-in instructions via messaging. These instructions will include information on how to access your unit, retrieve the keys, and any additional relevant details. 5. Online check-in: Great news! We offer an online check-in option for your convenience. Within 5 days before your check-in date, you'll receive an email with a secure link to upload your photo ID and credit card details. Enjoy a seamless arrival and a fantastic stay with us! IMPORTANT: Kindly provide us with your estimated time of arrival. HOUSE RULES: No smoking/use of drugs No parties No pets allowed No unregistered guests No loud music after 7pm Cancellation & Transfer of accommodation Notice of cancellation is required minimum 5 days prior to arrival date. Cancellations made before 5 days will be issued a fully refund. Cancellations made after 5 days prior to arrival incur a cancellation fee equivalent to full accommodation rate. Notice of transfer of accommodation is required 24-hours prior to arrival. Management reserves the right to cancel or adjust bookings as deemed necessary.
