Full payment is required 7 days prior to arrival. The credit card used for pre-payment must be presented on your arrival for security during your stay. Or uploaded via the guest portal that will be emailed to you. For all after-hours check-ins, you must up-load your identification and valid credit card to this portal or an after-hours check-in will not be possible. A damage deposit of AUD $200 on a valid credit card is payable on arrival. The deposit will be fully refunded within 7 business days after check-out, provided there is no damage to the property. Cash bond is not accepted. If the repair damages to the apartment or the building exceed the $200 , further legal action may be taken. CHECK IN time is FROM 2PM. Please contact our Reception if you are planning on arriving earlier but please note that access to your apartment cannot be guaranteed until 2PM. Should you be arriving after office hours, please contact us for information regarding availability to access keys to your apartment. CHECK OUT time is 10AM. If you require a later checkout, this will be subject to availability. If a later checkout is available there may be a charge. If checking out when reception is closed there is a “KEY DROP” slot on side of the office. CANCELLATION POLICY: Please note that we highly recommend Travel Insurance to all guests. You have up to 7 days prior to arrival to cancel your booking with no penalty. To change the booking for another time, 7 days prior to arrival this can be done without penalty subject to availability. If you cancel within 7 days of arrival you will forfeit all moneys paid. PLEASE NOTE: We do not accept ‘schoolies’ if you make a booking and you are under 18, or if you make a booking on behalf of an under 18-year-old person, we reserve the right not to accept this booking at the establishment and you will be turned away with no refund. REFUND POLICY: If funds have been paid and the arrival date is outside of 7 days prior to arrival our cancellation policy applies. If funds have been paid and the arrival date is inside 7 days no refund will apply.
