50% of total amount is required upon booking to confirm booking dates. We will be putting a hold on your credit card of $200 as a damage deposit which will be realised 7 days after your stay. 100% of the full booking amount is non-refundable if you cancel your booking within 30 days of your arrival date. Bookings are made in good faith by the agent but are subject to change per owner's instructions prior to start of booking. The owners and agents are not liable for damage to or loss of property brought to the premises by the occupier or their guests. The person signing the Security Deposit Credit Card Authority form is to be the occupier of the holiday property booked. The person signing this document is responsible for any loss or damage they and their guests cause to the premises and contents during their stay. Check in is 2:00pm on the arrival date, check out is 10:00am on the departure date. Noise must be kept to a minimum to avoid disturbance to neighbouring properties and their occupants. Smoking is prohibited inside the properties. All dishes are to be washed and put away at the end of your stay & dishwasher is to be emptied. There will be an extra $45 cleaning fee. A $50 call out fee will be charged if the guest misplaces their key or locks themselves out of their accommodation. A $50 fee will be charged if the keys are lost or damaged, payable upon departure or, if this is not possible, charged to your credit card. A cleaning fee will be charged at cost ($45 per hour) if the property is not left in a clean and tidy state, similar to that found upon arrival. Garbage bins are to be put out and brought in as required. Any deposit is received with the understanding that you have accepted and agreed to all the above terms and conditions. Failure to comply with the conditions would result in the immediate termination of your booking, in such event no amount is refundable.
