Terms & Conditions All bookings are subject to availability. Any quote given is an estimate of price and will only be confirmed once a deposit is paid and written confirmation is issued. All prices quoted are in Australian Dollars and are per room, per night. DEPOSITS Deposits are required on all apartments booked. A one night deposit is required for bookings made at the time of booking. The deposit required will be charged to the credit card provided when making an on-line booking. If the credit card provided is declined by your bank, attempts will be made to contact you, however if the deposit is not paid within 24 hours, Hastings Residences Pty Ltd reserves the right to cancel the booking. Your booking will be confirmed by email within 24 hours of receipt of bank transfer or credit card being cleared for your deposit amount. A Trust account receipt will be issued at the time the deposit is taken and will be emailed upon request. ADDITIONAL PERSONS Unless otherwise specified on your confirmation. Rollaways are at a cost of $60 per night and a baby pack 's consisting of a cot, bedding and a highchair are at a cost of $30 per night. SPECIAL REQUESTS Whilst Hastings Residences Pty Ltd attempts to accommodate all special requests (subject to availability), we cannot guarantee that special requests can be accommodated. PARKING Each villa is entitled to one parking space during your stay. You may use street parking for additional cars. SMOKING & VAPING Unfortunately, no smoking or vaping is permitted on the premises. This includes balconies, outdoor areas and common areas. PAYMENTS Payment for the balance of accommodation is required 14 days prior to arrival in low season and 30 days prior to arrival in high season. Once this balance is paid, no amendments can be made to the booking. Payments can be made by Bank Transfer, Visa, MasterCard, or American Express. All credit cards will incur a 1.47% (inclusive of GST) Credit Card Surcharge. If not settled in person prior to departure the amount will be charged to the credit card provided at the time of booking. BOOKING AMENDMENTS All booking amendments are subject to availability and applicable pricing increases. Amendments must be made outside of 14 days prior to arrival in low season and 30 days in high season. Within these periods, no amendments are permissible. CANCELLATIONS – LOW SEASON For direct phone or online website bookings cancelled 14 days or more prior to arrival, deposits will be refunded less a $125 administration fee per apartment. All refunds are processed via the same payment method used for the deposit. Direct phone or online website bookings cancelled 13 days or less prior to arrival are non-refundable. If any nights of the original booking dates and apartment are re-let, the amount re-let will be held in a hotel credit for 12 months, less the $125 administration fee per apartment, no refunds available. CANCELLATIONS – HIGH SEASON For direct phone or online website bookings cancelled 30 days or more prior to arrival, deposits will be refunded less a $125 administration fee per apartment. All refunds are processed via the same payment method used for the deposit. Direct phone or online website bookings cancelled 29 days or less prior to arrival are non-refundable. If any nights of the original booking dates and apartment are re-let, the amount re-let will be held in a hotel credit for 12 months, less the $125 administration fee per apartment, no refunds available. CANCELLATIONS - TRAVEL AGENT OR ONLINE TRAVEL AGENTS Bookings made by travel agents are to be paid in full at the time of booking with no refunds or amendments available. Bookings made online via online travel agents are subject to the cancelation policy stipulated on that booking platform. NO SHOW A no show is when you do not check in on the scheduled day. In the case of a no show refunds are not available. If any nights of the original booking dates and apartment are re-let, the amount re-let will be held in a hotel credit for 12 months, less the $125 administration fee per apartment. EARLY DEPARTURES Should guests need to depart earlier than the booked accommodation dates no refunds are available. If any of the original booking dates and apartment are re-let, then the amount re-let will be held in a hotel credit for 12 months. TRAVEL INSURANCE Hastings Residences Pty Ltd strongly recommends that at the time of booking you purchase comprehensive travel insurance, including however not limited to; cover for forfeiture of deposits/payments, unfortunate medical or personal situations that prevent you from staying the booked dates or part thereof, and damage or loss to personal items. Unfortunately we are unable to be flexible on the terms and conditions of your booking. PHOTO ID & CREDIT CARD Upon check in you will be required to provide photographic identification matching the booking details. If you are unable to provide such identification, your reservation may be cancelled. You will also need to provide the valid credit card used for pre-payments and allow the team to process between $200-$1,000 pre-authorisation to validate the card and to hold during your stay for security. This pre-authorisation will be refunded after your departure. CHECK IN Check in time is 2.00pm. Should you wish to guarantee an earlier check in time you must book an additional night’s stay at the time of booking and pay the applicable rate. CHECK OUT Check out time is 10.00am. Should you wish to guarantee a later check out time you must book an additional night’s stay at the time of booking and pay the applicable rate. You are welcome to utilise the resort facilities and guest amenities for the day of departure UNACCOMPANIED MINORS All guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult such as a parent or guardian at all times. If a guest is found to be under the age of 18 and is not accompanied by an adult, Hastings Residences Pty Ltd may immediately cancel the guest’s booking. POLICY ON ABUSIVE BEHAVIOUR We are committed to maintaining a peaceful, respectful, and safe environment for all individuals on the property. Any form of aggression, abusive behavior, or any conduct that may cause harm, discomfort, or distress to others on the property will not be tolerated. Action will be taken, that may result in a termination of your reservation. RELEASE & INDEMNITY To the extent permitted by law, any monies or other valuables, goods or vehicles that belong to you, brought into the room or onto grounds or carpark remain your responsibility and Hastings Residences Pty Ltd is not responsible for their safekeeping. To the extent permitted by law, you agree to release and hold harmless Hastings Residences Pty Ltd and its current and former officers, employees and agents against and from all expenses, costs, liabilities, claims, actions, proceedings, damages, judgments and losses of any kind whatsoever (including consequential and economic losses, property loss/damage and damage for injury, including personal injury and death) arising out of, caused by, attributable to or resulting from your reservation or your stay at Hastings Residences Pty Ltd for any reason whatsoever. You agree to indemnify Hastings Residences Pty Ltd and its current and former officers, employees and agents for all expenses, costs, liabilities, claims, actions, proceedings, damages, judgments and losses of any kind whatsoever (including consequential and economic losses, property loss/damage and damage for injury, including personal injury and death) incurred or suffered by Hastings Residences Pty Ltd or its current or former officers, employees or agents arising out of, caused by, attributable to or resulting from your reservation or your stay at Hastings Residences Pty Ltd except to the extent caused or contributed to by Hastings Residences Pty Ltd or its current or former officers, employees or agent's negligence. We grant you a licence to stay at our property and we reserve the right to terminate the licence at any time.
