A deposit equivalent to the first night's accommodation will be taken 2 weeks prior to check in to secure your booking. The balance of your account is payable on check-in, please note that we are unable to accept cheques or AMEX. The Guest acknowledges and agrees that the following conditions apply and extend to any person occupying or visiting the apartment or complex and/or using the facilities in the complex at the invitation of, or with the authority of the Guest. 1. A valid credit or debit card is required as security on the booking. Where a card cannot be provided a $200 cash bond is required, which is fully refundable on departure (provided conditions of booking have been met). Please check your apartment for faults or damage on arrival. Occupancy starts and finishes on the dates shown on your receipt. 2. The apartment must not be used for parties or for any unlawful purpose. Only the number of guests indicated on the Booking Slip may stay in the apartment overnight. No visitors may arrive before 8.00am and visitors must vacate by 9.00pm. 3. The Manager may inspect the apartment at any time without notice if the Manager is of the opinion that there has been a breach of these conditions. If the Manager is called out to quieten unruly behaviour or noise a call out fee of $50.00 will be imposed for each occasion. 4. The Guest authorises the Manager to charge their credit card for any loss, damage or monetary contribution for which the Guest is liable under this document or otherwise 5. Additional charges for any guests over the age of 2 not declared at time of booking and/or check-in will be automatically deducted from the Security Bond or charged against the credit/debit card provided.. 6. Apartments vacated that have cigarette odour, rubbish not removed, or the apartment is left in an unclean state will incur an extra cleaning charge. Property Cancellation Policy You can cancel free of charge until 14 days before arrival. When booking direct if you cancel between 7 and 14 days before arrival a fee of $50 applies. A fee equivalent to the first night’s accommodation will be applied for cancellations within 7 days of check in unless we can re-book the apartment at an equivalent rate. We will happily transfer your booking to an alternative date at no penalty. There is no refund after arrival or for early departure. Credit Card Surcharge A surcharge will apply when you choose to pay using card. The charges will be: Credit cards – 1.15% Debit Cards – 0.60% EFTPOS – 0.07%
