Hi Ho Beach Apartments. Important Information. Your booking is honoured for these dates and we ask that you check these details carefully and contact us immediately should there be any changes. Check in after 2pm. However, should you arrive earlier, luggage storage is available and the use of hotel facilities is welcome. Check Out 10.00 am Office Hours: Mon-Fri 9.00 am - 5.00 pm Sat and Sun 9.00 am - 2.00 pm Check in outside these times by special arrangement only. For late check-ins please call the building reception number to receive instructions. Apartment servicing applies after 7 night stay. We look forward to welcoming you to Hi Ho Beach Apartments. In the meantime, if you require any further information, please do not hesitate to contact us. Kindly ensure that all used dishes are washed and put away before your departure. Dispose of all rubbish in the provided bins; the trash chute is located at the western end of the hallway on each floor level, and additional bins are available in the basement. Please note that failure to leave the room in a clean and tidy condition will result in additional cleaning fees. For your information: All our apartments are designated as non-smoking. Guests may smoke on the balcony if necessary. To ensure a pleasant experience for all guests, please be advised that this property strictly enforces a No Party Policy. Cancellation Policy If cancelled or modified up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. HIGH SEASON applies from 24th December until 15th January. and All special events I/E Blues Festival, Life Saving Championships Etc.
