Credit Card Payments: Please note a surcharge of 1.8% applies at all credit card payments Deposit: A deposit of 1 nights’ accommodation is due at time of booking. Balance: The payment for balance of this booking is due 14 days prior to travel and can be made via Credit Card, Eftpos or Direct Deposit, NO CHEQUES or CASH will be accepted. Cancellation policy: We have a 14 day cancellation period. Outside the 14 day prior to travel full refund provided. Cancellation within 14-8 day prior to travel the charge is loss of deposit. If cancelled within 7 days of your arrival date forfeits the full amount. Please note, if your bookings fall within the Christmas season a 30 day cancellation policy will occur. No Show: 100% of the total accommodation will be charged. Security Bond: A security deposit off $300 will be processed via credit card at time of check in for damage and/or incidental purposes. Check in time is from 2pm. Check out time is 10am. Please advise should you be arriving after 4pm. Whilst all efforts are made, special requests including views, bedding configuration, proximity to other apartments and the like are subject to availability and hence, cannot be guaranteed. Changes from the apartment allocated on arrival will not generally be possible. No Pets permitted. No Parties permitted.
