TERMS AND CONDITIONS Credit Card: By agreeing to these terms and conditions, I understand that this authorisation may be used to charge my credit card to cover any additional accommodation, incidentals, damages, fees and charges that may occur during my stay. Please note all deposits & payments will be processed to the credit card supplied at time of booking per the policy of specific rate that has been booked if you would like to use a different method of payment, please contact us before your payment is due. Please note that payment by Visa, Mastercard and Amex will incur a 2% surcharge. Payment can also be made by direct deposit - please contact us for banking details. Call Outs: I acknowledge I may be liable for a $100 call out fee for any non-emergency matters including, but not limited to, noise complaints and lock outs. Conditions of Stay: This establishment shall not be liable to guests or their invitees for any loss, damage or destruction to any property brought upon these premises by said guests or invitees. It is a condition of occupancy that the owners of the premises are not liable for damage to, or the loss of property which the occupier or their guests may bring onto the premises. Guests and invitees are expected to behave in a matter which is conducive to the safety, comfort and convenience of other guests and residents within the property. We have a no party policy therefore a breach of this or any other House Rule may result in the eviction of the offender/s at the discretion of the Manager. The villa must not be used for any unlawful purpose. Any person signing this document and/or occupying accommodation or utilising other services, shall be personally responsible for all charges in addition to the customers above named, including all replacements and necessary costs for any damage or loss to the villa. Departure: Please dispose of rubbish before departing and ensure the villa is in an orderly condition to avoid incurring additional charges. Extra cleaning charges may be applied where additional cleaning is required. The lost or unreturned key charge is $350. CHECK OUT IS AT 10:00AM CANCELLATION POLICY HIGH SEASON If the booking is cancelled 30 days or more prior to the planned date of arrival, the first night's accommodation will be charged. If the booking is cancelled less than 30 days prior to the planned arrival date, there will be no refund unless and until the property is re-let for the total period of the original booking. LOW AND MID SEASON If the booking is cancelled 7 days or more prior to the planned date of arrival for low season, there will be a full refund less an administration fee of $50.00. THIS POLICY IS ENDORSED BY THE QUEENSLAND RESIDENT ACCOMMODATION MANAGERS ASSOCIATION.
