A security bond may be required of $150.00 on your booking. The apartment must not be used for unlawful purposes All apartments have parking for one vehicle. Height restriction is 2.2metres. Only the number of people shown on the receipt may stay in the apartment. 4 people is maximum unless that apartment sleeps 5. No animals or pets are allowed. For the enjoyment of all guests we ask that you show consideration to your fellow guests with noise levels. Guests found creating excessive noise may be asked to leave the property with no refund offered. We appreciate you leaving the apartment in a clean and tidy condition. There is no refund for early departure. There is no meal option with this room. Children and Extra Bed Policy: Children of any age are allowed. 1 child (up to and including 1 year old) stays for AUD 25 per child per night when using available cots. 1 person (1 year old and over) stays for AUD 25 per child per night when using available extra beds. The maximum number of extra beds is 1. The maximum number of cots is 1. The maximum number of guests is 4. Deposit Policy: The guest will be charged a prepayment of the total price of the reservation in the 14 days before arrival. Cancellation Policy: The guest can cancel free of charge until 14 days before arrival. The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel in the 14 days before arrival.
