Full payment of your reservation is required 14 days prior to arrival. We require a 20% deposit to secure your reservation when booking through low and mid seasons We require a 30% deposit to secure your reservation when booking through high season - Christmas and New Year The following charges will be added to the booking total: Visa and Mastercard 1.5%, Amex 3% Any amendments or cancellations of a booking must be made at least 28 days prior to arrival date for a refund of your deposit, less a $50.00 admin fee. Within 14 days in low season, the full deposit is forfeited. High Season, including school holidays, Easter and Christmas periods require 28 days cancellation notice or full deposit is forfeited. Special Event periods require full prepayment at the time of booking. This payment is non refundable. No Shows or failing to check in - full tariff is charged. Guests who reduce length of stay once in house will not receive a refund on nights booked and paid.
