Late Arrival Instructions If you will be arriving outside of office hours please contact Le Beach prior to your arrival date for check in instructions. Cancellation Policy Low/Mid season More than 7 days notification. Refund of deposit less $50 administration fee. 7 days or less notification. Full accommodation cost is payable. School Holidays/Special Events More than 14 days notification. Refund of deposit less $50 administration fee. 14 days or less notification. Full accommodation cost is payable. High/Peak Season More than 28 days notification. Refund of deposit less $50 administration fee. 28 days or less notification. Full accommodation cost is payable. Full payment for your booking will be processed 28 days prior to your arrival. No Shows - full tariff is charged. Guests who reduce length of stay once in house will not receive a refund on nights booked.
