For group bookings of more than 5 rooms, 7 days cancellation policy applies. 3.No animals or pets are allowed. No smoking in the room. Bringing pets or smoking in the room will occur with an additional cleaning fee subject to the conditions of the room; 4. Check-in time is 2pm, Check-out time is 10am. Early check-in or late check-out can be required but cannot be guaranteed, charges may apply. 5. Guests will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the property caused by themselves, their friends or any person for whom they are responsible; 6.
