At time of reservation, to secure the booking we require a deposit of: $300.00 - any Mid and Low Season $500.00 - any high Season. The balance of the accommodation is paid the day before arrival. FOR ARRIVALS: when you check-in, you will require: Valid ID (drivers licence, passport etc). Must correspond to the registered Booker. Credit Card (debit cards are not accepted without a securing Bond) No Party & No Excessive Noise: Subsequent call-out from the manager will result in a automatic $50 fee. Extreme circumstances will result in immediate eviction of all guests. Unit Selection: we don’t offer a guarantee on choice of units based on allocations given to Booking.com. Although we will do our best to accommodate your request, we do reserve the right.
