We have fully self contained 2 bedroom apartments and 3 bedroom split level penthouses with spa baths and wrap around balconies. Terms & Conditions

$200 or 20% of total price deposit whichever is higher will be charged after reservation. The balance will be charged at 7 days prior to arrival in Low season or 30 days in High season. A damage deposit of $200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 10 days of check-out. Your security deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Excessive cleaning charges may be taken out of the damage deposit if deemed necessary by property management. There is a 1.5% charge when you pay with a credit card.
