Meridian Alex Beach Alexandra Headland Accommodation has sensational views of Sand & Surf from Mooloolaba to Noosa. It is located in the very heart of Queensland’s Sunshine Coast. Only one hour drive north from Brisbane & fifteen minutes from the Sunshine Coast Airport.
In consideration of the tariff paid by me to Meridian I agree to the following: To pay for any loss or damage to the property and its contents during my occupancy of the property. That I will not make any claim against Meridian or the owner, for any damages or loss to my goods or valuables during my occupancy of the room. To pay a replacement fee for any keys/remotes damaged or not returned on the departure date. To leave the room in a clean and tidy state and to pay additional cleaning fees, if not done so. To pay a deodorize fee of $200.00 if smoke is detected within the unit. Agree to the disclosure of personal information to persons requiring that information in the normal activities of maintaining the property on a day to day basis (tradesmen; housekeeping). I acknowledge a credit/debit card surcharge is applicable - Mastercard/Visa 0.94% and American Express: 1.98%. I agree to the full settlement and any outstanding charges of my account upon checkout. At the managers discretion, a $55 call out fee may apply for any call outs after hours, that are a result of issues caused by the guest. To abide by all the Meridian Terms and Conditions and acknowledge that those terms and conditions form part of the agreement, including Meridian's party & alcohol policy. There is a zero tolerance policy on parties being held in apartments or within the hotel grounds. In the event that any apartment/guest is identified as having a party, Meridian reserves the right to request all occupants of the apartment, including the registered guest to vacate the premises immediately. In the event that eviction does occur, the registered guest will forfeit the tariff paid and any expenses resulting from additional cleaning, damage or repairs to the apartment or property grounds, and if an outsourced security company is called to assist in the eviction – a fee may be payable (approximately $200). The throwing of objects over the hotel balconies (including spitting), wilful damage to hotel and/or resident property, physical or verbal assault/abuse on the hotel staff, other guests, apartment residents, members of the public on hotel premises or any incident for which the police are required to attend; may also result in eviction.
