Meridian Tower Apartments are quiet and relaxed perfect for family holiday, sit on the spacious balconies overlooking beautiful Kirra Beach and the Pacific ocean. The position and location of these apartments is fantastic as we have direct access to the beach. Just steps away to the beach. All apartments look north to Surfers Paradise and receive stunning ocean and coastline views. These self contained Kirra apartments are set in beautiful landscaped gardens close to all the attractions the area has to offer. The Southern Gold Coast /Coolangatta area is a popular holiday destination with its famous surf beaches at Kirra, Snapper Rocks, & Duranbah. The vibrant hub of Coolangatta and Tweed Heads with their clubs, entertainment, dining and shopping is only a 10 - 15 minute walk from Meridian Tower around the ocean pathway. Stroll to local cafes, restaurants, clubs and shopping only a few minutes from the complex. The Surfside buses are an easy way to commute up and down the coast and a bus stop is a couple of minutes from Meridian Tower. Note: Renovation work in one of the apartments is scheduled from 20 July 22 for approx 4 weeks.

Terms and conditions Incidental deposit is payable on the arrival date. Visa or Master card accepted. $300 for Standard, Deluxe, Superior and Executive apartments $500 for Three-bedroom apartments. It usually takes your bank 7-14 business days for the card issuers to remove the hold of the deposit. Please check with your bank for more information. If you arrive after office hours, the incidental deposit will be processed prior your arrival in order for us to arrange the after-hours access to your apartment. Strictly No Party Policy. For reservations over high season period (22 Dec to 15 Jan), full payment will be automatically processed 30 days prior to arrival date. For reservations over Low & Mid season period (including QLD & NSW School holiday and Easter), full payment will be automatically processed 14 days prior to arrival date. Cancellation conditions are: High-season (22 Dec to 15 Jan): Cancellation or any changes more than 30 days prior to the planned arrival date, there will be a full refund. Cancellation or any changes within 30 days or less prior to the planned arrival date, there will be no refund. Low & Mid-season (Including QLD & NSW School holiday and Easter): Cancellation or any changes more than 14 days prior to the planned arrival date, there will be a full refund. Cancellation or any changes within 14 days or less prior to the planned arrival date, there will be no refund. No show policy: If the guests don’t show up, the total price of the reservation will be charged to the guests. Early check-in & Late check-out Additional fees apply. Subject to availability There is no refund for early departure or late arrival. Please note, we will endeavour to meet your requests, they are not guaranteed. We do not guarantee a specific room or floor, only a room type. Management reserves the rights to allocated apartments at their discretion at all times.
