Monaco Resort - Terms & Conditions By booking accommodation with Monaco you agree to the following terms and conditions: Cancellation Policy Low/Mid Season More than 7 days notification. Refund of deposit less $110 administration fee. 7 days or less notification. Full accommodation cost is payable. High/Peak Season More than 30 days notification. Refund of deposit less $110 administration fee. 30 days or less notification. Full accommodation cost is payable. Tariffs and Deposits Tariffs are subject to change without notice, unless the booking has been confirmed by the receipt of the deposit in which case the tariff will be honoured. Low/Mid Season A $200 deposit is required to confirm each booking. The remaining balance will be taken 7 days prior to arrival and is non-refundable if cancelled. High/Peak Season A $500 deposit is required to confirm each booking. The remaining balance will be taken 30 days prior to arrival and is non-refundable if cancelled.. If we are unable to process the final balance, Monaco will make contact with the guest via contact details given at the time of booking. You will have an additional 48 hours to contact us to confirm final payment otherwise the booking will be released and deposit lost in full. Early Departures/ Change of Dates No refunds will be given for early departures. The changing of dates can be altered subject to availability and at the discretion of Management. Accommodation rates will also be adjusted accordingly. Security Bond When checking in all guests are required to provide credit card details to cover any miscellaneous/incidental charges. If a guest does not have a credit card then a $300 cash deposit will be required, in which case your room will be checked by Management on your departure and the cash deposit refunded to the guest. Damages to Apartments Guests are required to leave the apartments in a tidy manner or you may be charged for extra cleaning at the discretion of Management. This includes dishes washed and put away, rubbish removed, apartment left tidy. Guests will be held liable for any damage to, or losses in the apartment. Requests/Unit Allocations Monaco will endeavour to grant any requests made by the guest however these requests cannot be guaranteed. PLEASE NOTE: for agent bookings (i.e.; Expedia/Bookng.com etc.) please refer to the individual agent cancellation policy.
