Mermaid Beach accommodation – Tucked among swaying palms and landscaped gardens, Montana Palms offers a number of fully self-contained, self-serviced apartments featuring two bedrooms and two bathrooms plus air conditioning, laundry facilities and free wifi. External onsite amenities include an extra-large swimming pool, spa and barbecue facilities, and when it’s time to explore, you’ll find the beautiful beach and a host of renowned cafes only a short, flat stroll away Please note that there are minimum night stays during peak periods, and for the comfort of all guests, we do NOT accept schoolies bookings
• The term “guest” includes the person(s) named on the booking and any person(s) invited onto the complex by the person(s) named on the booking. • Occupancy starts and finishes on the dates shown on the receipt. Check-in time is 2pm and check-out time is 10am unless prior arrangements have been made with the resort managers. • Only the number of people shown on the receipt may stay in the apartment overnight. • All charges must be paid by credit card or direct bank transfer before occupancy commences. • There is no refund given for early departure for any reason. • The apartment must not be used for any unlawful purpose. • No animals or pets are to be brought onto the complex. • Guests must only park cars in the parking space designated for the apartment they are staying in. • The use of any locked down bedrooms or bathrooms (1 bedroom apartment) not included in the original booking will be charged to the guest’s credit card on departure. • Extra cleaning costs will be charged to the guest’s credit card if, on check-out, rubbish is not removed from the apartment, dishes are not washed and dishwasher emptied, the apartment smells of smoke, or cigarette butts are found on the balconies or in adjacent gardens. • The guest will be liable for any costs associated with any damage, loss or necessary replacement of items to any apartment and its contents or the Body Corporate property caused by the guest, or any extra cleaning requirements incurred by the guest. • Neither the Body Corporate, the Manager nor the apartment owner is liable for any damage or loss of property which a guest may sustain while on the complex. • The Manager and the apartment owner are not responsible for any mis-description of the apartment. • The by-laws of the complex (available on request) and any reasonable direction of the Manager must be complied with. The apartment must be vacated if after receiving a warning any guest fails to comply with such directions. • The Manager may inspect the apartment at any time with reasonable notice and at any time without notice if the Manager is of the opinion that there has been a breach of the conditions stated in this document. • If the occupancy ends or is terminated, the guest must immediately vacate the apartment. The Manager is authorized to do whatever is required to enforce the eviction of any guest and the removal of guest’s property. • The guest authorizes the Manager to charge the provided credit card for any charges which the guest is liable for under this document.
