Standard Bookings: o Cancellations made 48 hours prior to check-in date will receive a full refund. o Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in will incur a charge equivalent to the first night’s stay. Non-Refundable Bookings: o No refunds will be issued for cancellations, no-shows, or early departures. No-Show Policy If you do not check in on your scheduled arrival date, you will be considered a no-show and will be charged for the first night’s stay. Early Departure: If you check out before your scheduled departure date, the remaining nights will be charged at 50% of the booking rate. Special Circumstances: For cancellations due to extraordinary circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, health emergencies), please contact our management.
