DEPOSITS AND CANCELLATION POLICY FOR MUNNA BEACH APARTMENTS We would like to advise you: Check-in is from 2.00pm on the day of your arrival. Check-out is by 10.00am on the day of your departure. If the office is closed, please drop your keys back into the Safe Box outside of the office. Our office hours are 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday and 9am – 12pm Saturday. We are closed on Sundays. If you are checking in after office hours please contact us so we can make arrangements for you to collect your keys from the Safe Box outside of the office. We will text you a special Safe Box code on the day of your arrival. Your WIFI INTERNET code is located on your welcome sign in your apartment. SERVICES - For stays of 8 nights or more, apartments are serviced mid-stay or serviced weekly after 14 days. Please note we do not have lifts. We are a classic 3 story walk up complex. If stairs are an issue for you, please contact us directly so that we can best assist with your booking. Two sets of keys are issued upon arrival. There is a $65 call out fee for security services for any KEY LOCK OUTS after office hours. There is a $50 replacement fee for any LOST Keys. Munna Beach Apartments are fully self-contained, however we do supply a few essential items to get you started. Beach Towels are available at the reception for a $5.00 rental fee. All beach towels must be left on-site when you depart. A $25 replacement fee will be charged for any missing beach towels. Our Pool and BBQ area are open from 7am and close at 10pm. Cancellations must be in writing, emailed to holiday@munnabeach.com.au The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel in the 14 days before arrival. Noosa Triathalon - 31st Oct to 4th Oct - The guest can cancel free of charge until 30 days before arrival. Cancellations must be in writing, emailed to holiday@munnabeach.com.au The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel in the 30 days before arrival. LONG STAYS AND GROUP BOOKINGS: 3 Weeks or more For stays of three weeks plus ( 21 Days + ) we require a $500 DEPOSIT at the time of your booking confirmation. We require all bookings to be FULLY PAID and cleared 30 days prior to your arrival date. If the booking is cancelled up until 60 days prior to arrival date the deposit will be refunded less an administration fee of $50. Cancellation within 30 days prior to the arrival date is subject to a cancellation fee of $1000. If you make a cancelation from 29 days to 7 days of your arrival date, you are subject to a 50% REFUND. To reiterate - making a cancelation this late incurs a 50% CANCELATION FEE. Cancellation within 7 days prior to the arrival date is unfortunately NON - REFUNDABLE 100%. NO SHOW - in the case of a no show we offer NO REFUND or PART REFUND or DAYS IN CREDIT. You will unfortunately forfeit 100% of the holiday booking. We kindly request that you endeavour to make communication on any emergency scenario that may have occurred prior to your check in date so that we can best assess your personal case. Please ensure written communication is recorded for every emergency scenario which may also be used in any travel insurance claim or benefit. SPECIAL CONDITIONS OF BOOKING & OCCUPANCY 1. Charges must be paid by MASTERCARD or VISA 14 days before occupancy commences unless special prior arrangements have been made. Guest must supply a valid credit card at time of booking and on arrival must present legal photo identification in the form of licences or passport. 2. The guest will be liable for payment of any charges incurred by any guest together with all replacements and necessary costs for any damage or loss to the apartment and its contents or the Body Corporate property caused by any guest. 3. The apartment must not be used for any unlawful purpose. No bikes or ride-ons to be ridden on the premises 4. Guests are allocated one car park under cover per apartment and must park cars only in the designated area. 5. No animals or pets are to be brought into the complex. 6. Neither the Body Corporate, the manager nor the apartment owner is liable for any damage or loss of property which a guest may sustain while on the complex. 7. The by-laws, rules and regulations of the complex and any reasonable direction of the Manager must be complied with. The apartment must be vacated if, after receiving a warning, any guest fails to comply. 8. There is no refund or days in holiday credit for early holiday departure. 9. Only 4 people in a 2-bedroom apartment and 6 people in a 3-bedroom apartment may stay in the apartment overnight unless special prior arrangements have been made with management. Fees apply for extra guests. 10. The Manager may inspect the apartment at any time with reasonable notice and at any time without notice if the Manager is of the opinion that there has been a breach of these conditions. 11. The Manager and the apartment owner are not responsible for any misdescription of the apartment. 12. The guest authorises the Manager to charge any credit card associated with this booking, for loss, damage or monetary contribution for which any guest is liable under this document or otherwise. 13. If the occupancy ends or is terminated, the guest must immediately vacate the apartment. The Manager is authorised to do whatever is required to enforce the eviction of any guest and removal of guests' property. 14. Munna Beach Apartments is a smoke free environment. Should a guest smoke in the apartment a smoke cleaning and elimination fee of $350 may be applied and charged to your credit card. 15. If the apartment is not left in a clean and tidy manner, the Manager is authorised to charge any credit card associated with this booking, a minimum of $50 to recover extra cleaning costs. Bed Wetting will incur a minimum fee of $150 to have the mattress Electro Dry cleaned in any such wetting or spoiling cases. 16. Munna Beach Apartments expressly reserves the right to cancel bookings, change rates, booking conditions and unit availability without notice.
