Deposit Policy A $250 deposit will be taken and forfeited if booking is cancelled within 14 days of your stay. $500 will be taken for peak periods. A 3% surcharge applies to payments made with AMEX or Diners. A 1.6% surcharge applies to payments made with credit cards other than AMEX or Diners. Cancellation Policy If your booking is cancelled a refund of the deposit will be made if 14 days notice in low season and 30 days notice in mid/high season is given. Cancellations inside this period will forfeit the deposit paid unless the apartment is re-let for the same period and price.
