Terms and Conditions Please be noted we have a strict NO PARTY policy, NO SCHOOLIES booking will be accepted. Your booking will only be confirmed after we receive the deposit, please check the cancellation policy for the amount of the deposit for your booking. Check in time is from 2pm and check out is by 10am Our property has a minimum 5 night stay, shorter stays are subject to availability within 21 days of arrival date. Cancellation Policy: Deposit Policy Low Season a deposit of $400.00, High/ Mid Season a deposit of $800.00, Third Party web site booking 50% of the room rate, Early Bird or Non-refundable booking is the full amount of the room rate at the time of booking. Cancellation Policy Cancellation prior to 28 days before arrival is a free cancellation, except for non-refundable bookings. Within 28 days of arrival, cancellation will be the full amount of deposit paid at time of booking. At 14 Days prior to arrival, remainder of the value of the booking is payable. If cancelled with in the 14 days, we will endeavor to resell, part or all the booking, then refund accordingly, this does not include non-refundable bookings. Season Christmas, New Year, and January School Holidays $800 Deposit Bookings cancelled prior to 1st November will receive a full refund. The balance of the booking is required on the 1st November. Bookings that are cancelled after this date will forfeit the full amount paid. After the 1st of November no changes or cancellations are accepted. Deposit of $800.00 is required at the time of booking. Non Refundable Rate Please note no refund, changes or cancellation will be accepted if you book a Non Refundable Rate.
