NOOSA BLUE RESORT CANCELLATION POLICY A valid credit card and one night deposit is required to guarantee a booking. LOW SEASON: 7 days’ notice must be given for cancellations in Low Season. Cancellation within 7 days of arrival will be charged 1 nights’ accommodation of the average nightly rate. A 1.9% Surcharge fee applies to all Card payments. PEAK SEASON (Including School Holidays): 14 days’ notice must be given for cancellations in Peak Seasons. Cancellation within 14 days will be charged 1 nights’ accommodation of the average nightly rate. A 1.9% Surcharge fee applies to all Card payments. REFUNDS: As per cancellation policy, no refunds will be given after check in or for early departures. NO-SHOWS: If you do not show up for your booking or terminate on the day of your arrival you will be charged 100% of the booking less any amount which you have already paid.
