A deposit (equivalent to 1 night stay) is required on the day the booking is made. Balance of booking is due 7 days prior to arrival, please be advised a 1.9% surcharge applies to all card transactions. A valid government-issued form of photo identification is required for check-in. This establishment shall not be liable to any guests or invitee/s of a guest for any loss, damage, or destruction to any personal property brought upon these premises by the said guest or invitee unless such damage was the deliberate or negligent act of the proprietor or licensees of these premises or its authorized agents and employees. Without limiting the foregoing personal property shall include money jewelry and other personal effects and motor vehicles parked on premises. Lost property items will be held at the resort for a total of 14 days before being disposed of. A $200 Credit Card Pre-authorisation may be required at the time of check-in to be used to cover accommodation incidental items or breakages during your stay. Your bank will hold this pre-authorization for 5-7 business days after you check out. Noosa Lakes Managed units are NON-SMOKING properties. Extra charges can be incurred if smoking is found to have occurred on the property. Noosa Lakes Resort has a strict NO PARTY POLICY. Guests and invitees are expected to behave in a manner which is conducive to the safety, comfort, and convenience of other guests within the property.
